1. Scope of Use

This e-gift card entitles the bearer to redeem BMW Lifestyle products with a total value up to the face value of this e-gift card at the BMW Lifestyle Online Store operated by B.M.W. Concessionaires (H.K.) Limited (“BMWHK”). This e-gift card shall not be used to purchase any gift cards or installation services.

 

2. Validity

This e-gift card shall be valid until the expiry date stated.

 

3. One-Time Use

This e-gift card is for one-time use only.

 

4. Single Transaction and Remaining Balance

This e-gift card shall be applied in one single transaction. Any unutilized amount or value will be automatically forfeited and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and will not be reissued.

 

5. Non-Exchangeable

This e-gift card is non-exchangeable for cash, other vouchers, or other services.

 

6. Taxes and Statutory Charges

This e-gift card cannot be used to settle any government tax, registration tax, or other statutory charges.

 

7. Promotions and Offers

This e-gift card may be used to purchase regular-priced or promotional items, subject to applicable promotional terms and availability.

 

8. Loss, Damage or Expiry

No replacement or refund will be made in the event of loss, theft, expiry, or damage of this e-gift card.

 

9. Order Cancellation or Refund

In the event of order cancellation or refund, any e-gift card used will not be refunded, reissued, or have its validity extended.

 

10. Territory and System Records

This e-gift card is valid for use in Hong Kong only. Its validity is subject to BMWHK’s system records.

 

11. Amendment of Terms and Final Decision

BMWHK reserves the right to amend, add, or delete these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, BMWHK shall have the right to the final decision.
