to use the online shop |

Add the
item(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping trolley and fill in
the required quantity of each item. View the shopping cart to see
what you have selected. Price and discount will be calculated automatically.
The chosen items will be reserved in your shopping cart for 20 minutes.
If you do not check out within 20 minutes after you have stopped
browsing the online shop, your chosen items will be removed from
your shopping cart and you have to reprocess the ordering again. |

Click
on 'check out', which will take you to a page to fill in your information.

1.3 |
After
confirming that the details are correct, click on 'submit' and read
the 'terms and conditions' of the online ordering. A confirmation
page will appear after you have agreed with the terms and conditions.
We advise you to print out the confirmation for your easy reference
in future. An email will be sent to you to reconfirm your order.

Orders
can only be fulfilled for delivery address in Hong Kong. |

Payment
Method |

Payment
is made to the courier by cash or cheque upon delivery. Alternatively,
payment can be made by *Secure Credit Card Payment (SCCP) - No credit
card information input required! It accept VISA, MASTER, and AEON
credit cards. |

2.2 |
Cheque
should be made payable to 'BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd.' (account
payee only). Please kindly quote the order number at the back of
the cheque. We do not accept post-dated cheque. |

2.3 |
All prices
are in Hong Kong dollars. All prices and discounts are subjected
to change without prior notice. |

Delivery |

3.1 |
Confirmed
orders will normally be delivered to the delivery address by courier
within 10 working days. Delivery services do not include outlying
islands, except Tung Chung and Chek Lap Kwok. |

3.2 |
It is
important that you provide us with the correct address and contact
telephone number. Where incorrect delivery details are given by
the customers, any additional delivery costs incurred will be borned
by the customers. Customers shall not use a P.O. Box number as the
recipient's address. |

Refund
and Exchange |

4.1 |
You or
your representative(s) are/is responsible for checking the ordered
items immediately upon receipt to ensure that they are defect-free.
You may return any defective item immediately through the courier,
in which case you do not need to settle your payment with the courier.
Alternatively, you may return it back to us at Matauwei within 7
days. |

4.2 |
If you
are not satisfied with an item for any reason, you may return it
within 7 days for a full refund. Please bring the item(s), together
with the receipt, to us at Matauwei. BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd.
reserves the right to accept or reject refund at its discretion.

4.3 |
The refund
will be sent to you by cheque after we have completed the refund
procedure. |

Warranties |

5.1 |
All products
are covered by a one-year warranty, covering the cost of replacement
product as a result of a manufacturing defect. Any product replaced
under warranty is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects
until expiry of the original product warranty. The guarantee does
not apply to normal wear and tear or to improper use of the items
purchased |
